spiritual practice?
Spiritual practice or in other word we can use
the term of meditation or completely involvement .It takes many aspects in to
account like if we talk about Indian tradition the one word that comes in to mind
that is “Sadhana”. It does not mean only just a person is practicing yoga or
meditation but the stage where you indulge yourself in complete silence. This practice
drive you to inward direction and you see things are happening inside of you.
By doing this you will look at who you really are
.And if you practice silence, it gives you a lot of opportunities to not waste
of your time in talking uselessly talking.
So silence makes you a good person. That is one aspect of “Sadhana” or meditation.

How silence play important role in spiritual
practice?
Silence, it is very hard and also easy thing to
do. But when it comes to real way of being in silence, it is very difficult.
Silence does not mean just that you don’t speak, silence mean you are silent
from anger, silent from ego, silent from all the lower
qualities and violence. It means you are silent physically, mentally and by
thoughts.
You don’t
even think negative thoughts. This is called real silence and that is called real
spiritual practice.

How to
practice silence to get master of spiritual practice?
Very old practice to do spiritual practice is
chanting mantra “Om”. You can do this either recite aloud or can do it
mentally. Reciting mentally it is being done silently in complete conciseness state,
nobody hear it but you do it. it is also called “Dayan yoga” and that is
spiritual practice because all you bad thoughts like negative thought disappear
and you are concentrating. You are focused on a beautiful sound like “om”.
So repeating that aloud or mentally in your mind,
then you will be surprised it will bring lots of peace in your life. And you
grow spiritually.
Is
there other way for doing spiritual practice?
Yes of course and that is fasting. Fasting is
also a kind of spiritual practice because it burns “kama” too. Fasting is a
fire and fire not only detoxifies your body also it will burn all the toxins
inside and outside you. If you intention is pure that you want to burn your”kama”.
If you are expecting that you are fasting to go to heaven or to win the
lotto that should not be purpose, you are just doing it spiritually but also for the
spiritual growth. Then it begins to burn “kama” and that is also kind of
spiritual practice. Fasting does not mean you do it daily or you do three days
in week. You can do it once in a week.
Spiritual practice is not only to read holy book
daily but it comes when you also learn from it. If you learn something from it
and you apply these things in life that is bit practical. Practically also
involves kind of walking with bare footed in green grass with peace of silent. It
does not mean you do it in heavy sun light but it is done without any anxiety.

How can
you learn spiritual practice?
You can learn under the guidance of a master if you meet an enlightened person. You can learn it with supervision of him. The
master teach you to be fully focused at higher conciseness
We have heard the word Trataka. Trataka is like
one point-ness. So there are many ways to do this spiritual practice. There is
not the one way.
Spirituality can be achieved in many ways. One
thing should be understood that spirituality is a practical thing. Reading and
following does not make you real spiritual person. But if you do a little bit
practical like if you understand that anger is not a good and you practice that
whenever anger comes and enters in to my body and into my mind. I will not let
it dominate my inner peace power then it mean you are practically involved in
spirituality.
Conclusion
So spiritual practice is phenomenon where you
involved physically and mentally. You can do this early morning. If you do it
regularly you will find some positive changes in your life. And your way of
thinking will change and there will be more positively vibes around you.
